Affirm your strengths.
Grow your potential.

Life is a juggling act, but sometimes we lose steam after throwing far too many balls in the air.

I take a creative, nonjudgmental and interactive approach to psychodynamic therapy for high-achieving individuals: working professionals, household heads, and those who find themselves wearing both hats at once.

We’ll work collaboratively to unpack your feelings, thoughts and stressors, to discover your motivations and barriers, and to move beyond disruptive patterns, empowering you to become more healthy and whole.

If you’re ready to recognize and affirm your strengths while exploring your growing edges, let’s talk.

High Achiever? Me too.

As a former nonprofit CEO, a working mom, and a therapist in private practice since 2012, I come to this work with a deep, lived understanding of the relentless challenges and high expectations that today’s professionals face, both in the office and at home.

My style of therapy is psychodynamic and analytic, centered around leveraging strengths and understanding challenges to find better patterns and more self-awareness and self-efficacy.

If you're interested in exploring the potential of working together, I would love to hear from you.
